J'Neya Hill, a Utah-bound senior at North Canyon High in Arizona, won the girls elite 200 meters in 24.92 seconds and clocked a personal-best 12.07 seconds to take third in the elite 100-meter dash at the 83rd Chandler Rotary Invitational at Chandler High's Austin Field in Arizona.
